We require a non-refundable 20% deposit to secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due 60 days before the wedding. If you cancel more than 60 days in advance, no additional fees are due, but both the deposit and any paid fees are non-refundable. If cancelled within 60 days, the full service fee is payable. In cases of weather-related cancellations or other circumstances beyond our control, the deposit and fees remain non-refundable, as the situation is not the company’s fault; however, we will try to reschedule based on our availability.
