Week 2: An Elegant Scottish Castle Wedding

This week, I traveled to the breathtaking Carlowrie Castle in Scotland to film the wedding of Sophie
and Daniel. From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be a spectacular event. The
grandeur of the castle, with its rich history and stunning architecture, set the stage for a wedding
that was nothing short of extraordinary.

Sophie looked absolutely stunning in her lace gown as she walked down the grand staircase to meet
Daniel, who was waiting for her at the altar in the castle’s beautiful chapel. The ceremony was filled
with emotional moments, as their friends and family watched them exchange vows with tears in
their eyes. The acoustics of the chapel made the music and vows resonate, adding to the
atmosphere of the occasion.

The reception was held in the castle’s grand dining hall, where the couple’s taste for elegance was
evident in every detail, from the floral arrangements to the candlelit tables. Capturing the toasts, the
laughter, and the spontaneous moments of joy between Sophie and Daniel was a highlight for me.
Their love was not only evident in the big moments but also in the small, intimate gestures that I was
lucky enough to film.

Sophie and Daniel were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic about the filming process. They
embraced the cameras and were keen to make sure that I had everything I needed to capture their
day perfectly. Their willingness to be flexible and their trust in my vision allowed me to be creative
and capture some truly unique shots.

Filming at Carlowrie Castle was a dream, and working with Sophie and Daniel made it even more
special. I’m excited to edit their footage and create a wedding film that reflects the grandeur and
elegance of their day, as well as the deep connection they share.
